Managed Server/Workstation includes preventative maintenance both offsite and onsite as follows:
Preventative Maintenance - Weekly software patching
- Quarterly performance tuning
- Moves, adds and deletes
- Minor configuration adjustments
Technical support is also included for each computer under this contract. Along with error and fault remedial action as required.
It also includes the Daily Safety and Health Checks and the 24/7 checks at the base level for each service level.
Antivirus, Online Backups, Remote Access, specialized email and web app services available as well.
